With the federal government’s gun buyback legislation continuing a number of gun owners here in Alberta are wondering what their rights are. Leighton Grey is an Alberta constitutional lawyer who was actually involved in writing part of the Alberta Bill of Rights and he joined us from Cold Lake, Alberta to offer up some clarification on the subject.
