Smile cookie challenge has a winner

Coaldale wins the Smile Cookie Challenge raising a grand of over 13 thousand dollars in cookie sales. After a friendly competition between Taber and Coaldale during the annual fundraising week, which was held from April 28 til May 4, its opponent, Taber raised over 11 thousand dollars. The result of this fundraising for both communities is a total grant of around 24-thousand 700 hundred dollars which will be destinated to its local Family & Community Support Services or FSCC. The Major of Coaldale, Jack Van Rijn talk more on this successful campaign.
This annual campaign supports over 600 charities and community groups across Canada in the United States.
