Digital field day showcases agriculture technology

Digital technology and its applications for agriculture were on display August 8 at a field day hosted by the Lethbridge Research and Development Centre. Researchers, producers and technology suppliers from across Alberta and Saskatchewan took part in the event. The field day looked at the use of remote sensing technology, smart sensors, autonomous robots and drones being used to monitor several field trials just outside of Lethbridge.
