AUPE continues fighting for improving working conditions
More than 50 people showed up at a rally today in Lethbridge fighting for improved working conditions. Curtis Jackson, vice-president of Alberta Union of Provincial Employees (AUPE) says members of United Nurses of Alberta and Canadian Union Public Employees Alberta also showed up to support the rally. Jackson explains what their demands are. Bridge City News also reached out to the office of Jobs Minister Matt Jones but has yet to hear back.
