Trudeau heckled in Kamloops, B.C.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau visited Kamloops, BC over the weekend marking the one year anniversary of 215 unmarked graves being discovered not far from a former residential school. Trudeau said it was an important time to come together. While the PM was in Kamloops he was greeted by a number of Indigenous people who were quite angry. They heckled and booed Trudeau. In responding to the hecklers Trudeau said you can hate me but don’t disrespect your elders. Many yelled out…you are not welcome here. Political reporter, Brian Lilley, has the details.
