Religious Freedoms the forefront of discussion at Lethbridge symposium

A symposium was held in Lethbridge on Wednesday night regarding the issue of religious freedoms in Canada, held by the group, Lethbridge Friends of Religious Freedom

The Keynote speaker, Dr. John Young, explained what religious freedoms fundamentally are, to a nearly full auditorium at Free Grace Fellowship Church.

Dr. Young suggests there might be an “erosion and diminishment” in the understanding of religious freedom within legal, political and cultural structures in Canada. Attendees say they are concerned about whether the validity of their rights will continue to be upheld.
