World’s shortest St. Patrick’s Day parade held in Carmangay

The Village of Carmangay, Alberta hosted the shortest St. Patrick’s Day parade in the world on Friday. Video Journalist Micah Quinn caught up with parade goers who also reflected on the fire which took down their historic Grange Hotel two years ago.
