Whoop-Up Bridge will be repaired

The Whoop-Up Bridge will be repaired. Richard Brummond, Road Infrastructure Manager at the City of Lethbridge say the rehabilitation work will start on Tuesday, July 2 and continue until Labor Day. The official also say that through the Annual Bridge Inspection Program the need for bridge repairs was identified. The officer urges reducing the speed limit to 60 kilometers in Whoop-Up and 50 kilometers in the work zone. So that the area will be safe for both the drivers and the workers who rehabilitate the Whoop-Up.
