The owner of the Whistle Stop Cafe and Truck Stop was recently fined $20,000 for violating a court order by holding an anti-shutdown rally last spring. Christopher Scott joined BCN’s Jeannette Rocher earlier this week to discuss the fine and a “compelled speech” disclaimer the judge imposed on him.
