Ukraine prepared to declare neutrality?

Ukraine president, Volodymyr Zelenskyy says his country is prepared to declare neutrality, meaning Ukraine would not be able to join NATO. Foreign Affairs Correspondent Lisa Daftari says there are a number of other demands Ukraine would have to abide by if this neutral status takes place.
