The UCP will be holding its convention Nov 1 and 2 in Red Deer. Just over 54-hundred members are registered to attend. They will be debating 35 party resolutions including banning transgender people from women’s washrooms and the use of non-binary gender identifiers on government documents. According to our legislative reporter, Tyler Dawson, that are some unusual policy ideas that will NOT be discussed.
