Southern Alberta’s unemployment rate improving

The Lethbridge unemployment rate improved last December. Statistics Canada says it was a strong month for employment in southern Alberta, reporting an unemployment rate of 6.3 per cent in the Lethbridge–Medicine Hat economic region.
Barb Wolstoncroft, Manager at – Team Works Career Centre, gives us a general overview of the factors that contributed to the improvement in our unemployment rate.
