Southern Alberta is under an extreme cold warning. The LOW temperatures that were reached in Lethbridge will continue tonight but will drastically increase throughout the week. Christy Climenhaga, a scientist with Environment and Climate Change Canada, says which cities around Lethbridge are also facing those low temperatures.Research indicates the lowest temperature ever recorded in Canada was -62.8°C (-82.8°F) in Snag, Yukon on February 2, 1947.
