South side structure fire in Lethbridge

 

Lethbridge Fire and Emergency Services responded to a structure fire on the city’s south side. The event occurs on Tuesday at 3:24 p.m. in the 1300 block of 14th Avenue South. The smoke and fire caught the attention of neighbors, who immediately called 911. Captain Brent Shelton, Acting Platoon Chief with LFES said the fire started in a shed and spread to a shed in the next-door neighbor’s yard as well.

The chief says no injuries were reported and the causes are under investigation.

Heidi was born in Bogota, Colombia and lived there until she was 18, then she moved to Caracas, Venezuela where she finished her bachelor's degree in journalism.
