Shannon Phillips says UCP can do more for small business

Lethbridge West MLA Shannon Phillips says she has a plan to help those who are suffering during the COVID-19 pandemic.

AHS says the South Zone, now has 13 outbreaks — 11 are in Lethbridge. Phillips says the UCP government needs to do more to limit the spread of the virus and to help small business owners who are suffering.

“We do need small and medium sized business assistance, and we know that the province is still sitting on $130 million of their (SME) Grant money” says Phillips “a lot of small business owners, and those who work for them would be quite shocked to learn that is the case”.
