Residents invited to help shape community wellbeing funding
Do you enjoy sharing ideas, getting involved in your community, and helping make a difference? This could be your opportunity. The City of Lethbridge is now recruiting members for its Community Wellbeing Advisory Board, a group that helps guide programs, services, and recommendations on how provincial and federal community wellbeing funding is invested locally.
Andrew Malcolm, General Manager of Community Social Development, says board members serve a two-year term on a volunteer basis.
Applications will be open until July 31st. For anyone who’s interested, there will be an information session held on June 17th online.
