Raymond Rodeo kicks off Monday, June 30
The traditional Pro Rodeo returns to Raymond and will be held on June 30 and July 1. The event promises two days of adrenaline, cowboy talent, and family excitement. A must-see for rodeo and culture lovers in southern Alberta. There will be great entertainment during traditional rodeo competitions, as well as stunts and a wild pony race for children. Roger Heggie, president of the Raymond Stampede Association, says this year the festival expects between 6,000 and 7,000 people and 300 competitors.
The Stampede begins at 6 pm on Monday and 2 pm on Tuesday, at 500 St N and 400 St E, Raymond, AB
