A group of some very insightful students at Our Lady of the Assumption School have been researching topics of global significance and presented a showcase of their findings on Thursday.
Last year, OLA was named an International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme School. This means students enhance their learning of the standard curriculum with themes of inquiry and critical thinking. Grade 6 students spent two months researching a topic of importance to them, whether socially, environmentally, or globally.
