Not in my Neighbourhood: Lethbridge Business Owners Concerned over Mustard Seed Shelter Location

The Mustard Seed intends to put forth a zoning application with the city for the Ramada Hotel on Mayor Magrath Drive. Residents within a 60 metre range of the facility received a letter from the organization, stating their plans. Many business owners in the area expressed their concerns with the specific location in question.

A petition has been created via change.org highlighting concerns from business owners including proximity to schools, safety, property value and property crime. As of Monday afternoon, the petition had already garnered nearly 2,000 signatures, urging residents to write letters of concern to Lethbridge City council.
