Non-profit fires employee after giving one week deadline to get fully vaccinated

Many companies and government agencies are requiring staff to receive the COVID vaccine as a condition of employment. While Alberta government agencies have given staff until the end of October to become compliant, one Edmonton organization has already begun releasing un-vaccinated staff with very little notice to receive both doses. Jeannette Rocher interviewed one of those employees, Lisa Noble who was informed on September 17 that she would have to be fully vaccinated by September 24 (one week later) or lose her job.
We reached out to the non-profit organization she worked for to understand their side of the story, however they have not responded to our multiple requests.
