New window art for Volunteer Lethbridge to celebrate 40th anniversary

Volunteer Lethbridge is celebrating 40 years in our city. To honour the occasion, the organization commissioned window paintings to be done outside of the building. As Micah Quinn explains, these paintings are meant to put a smile on people’s faces.
