New Lethbridge housing on display at Parade of Homes

Turns out we’re not quite finished with parade season just yet. The annual Lethbridge Parade of Homes is now open for residents and curious homebuyers to take a look at some of the newest and most modern show homes in the Lethbridge region.

It’s a 16-day event that began Saturday and runs through September 28th. The parade showcases some of the newest housing developments in the region with 20 show homes in Lethbridge and Coaldale built by six building companies. Residents can tour each house to enter to win various backyard prize packs and get a feel for how housing designs have evolved.

Lethbridge saw a 26% increase in housing starts in the first two quarters of this year compared to last year according to statistics from the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation. The map of homes can be found on the Parade of Homes website.
