The Nikka Yuko Bunka Centre is the new proposed name for a cultural facility that is parked next to Henderson Lake and the Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden. The name Bunka means culture in Japanese. As Micah Quinn explains, the centre is on budget, and is expected to be completed by the end of the summer.
