New booklets to help with older adults and kids staying active

Lethbridge College’s Be Fit For Life Centre has partnered with the Chinook Arch Regional Library System to distribute booklets to teach older adults and young children the importance of getting outside and staying active. As Micah Quinn explains, the booklets promote physical literacy at a time when many of us are isolated and stuck at home.
