Medical supplies and medication needed for Ukraine

A Lethbridge group is asking for some much needed donations for the people of Ukraine who are struggling as the war with Russia rages on. The group calling themselves Lethbridge Assistance for Ukraine is asking for medication and medical supplies that will be shipped to Ukraine.

“Most of the medical supplies that we’re looking for dealing with wounds- probably pretty dramatic wounds, tourniquets, sterile big bandages that could be used to deal with a lot of bleeding. Medication could be mostly in tablet form. Imodium, gravol, ibuprofen, and tylenol,” says member of the group Lethbridge Assistance for Ukraine, Anastasia Sedera.

You can drop off donations to the Holy Trinity Ukrainian Orthodox Church in Lethbridge and volunteers will be able to help unload every Wednesday from 1:30-4:00pm and Sundays 12:30-3:30pm.
