Lethbridge Mayor responds to MLA Phillips’ resignation

Lethbridge Mayor Blaine Hyggen responded to the announcement of NDP MLA Shannon Phillips stepping down from her position. He commented on the political stress that may have played a part in her decision, as well as her comments towards the Lethbridge Police Service.
