How Baby Boomers and Gen Z’s can work together

Having different generations in the workplace can be rewarding and sometimes challenging. Sociologist Dr. Scott De Long says the older generation must recognize and be sensitive to the fact that many of the younger generation are more in tune with their needs. He says there is much to be learned. Dr. De Long explains in this interview with BCN’s Hal Roberts.
