A new food preparation and delivery service is taking off in Medicine Hat. Chris Walne started Streetchef in April of this year and the response has been overwhelming. He works in northern Alberta as a kitchen service manager, but due to high demand he is about to run his business full time. Walne gives us a little sample of what he has to offer. His offerings include keto and vegetarian options as well.
