There are some within the medical community who question the way the government handled the pandemic. You can include Dr. Dennis Modry in that conversation. Dr. Modry implemented Western Canada’s first heart and lung transplantation system. He also served on many hospital committees. Dr. Modry says the Alberta government and Premier Kenney should have put together a more effective strategy and he says it should have started with doubling ICU capacity.

Hal was blessed to win a few awards in his career including one as senior producer for a TV show on human trafficking which aired on CTS.
