Election leaders ramp up promises; release costed platforms

With less than a week to go til election day, party leaders are really ramping up their promises. We heard from the NDPs and Liberals over the weekend about their costed platforms. Here to break that down is political commentator Brian Lilley of the Toronto Sun.
