The Canadian Taxpayers Federation says spending by the federal government is out of control. The group is calling on Ottawa to cut spending following a report by the Parliamentary Budget Officer. The study by Yves Giroux says the deficit is now 6.6-billion-dollars over budget. The man who has more on the hard numbers is the federal director of the CTF, Franco Terrazzano, who joins us from Ottawa. Terrazzano joined BCN’s Hal Roberts from Ottawa and says the numbers look bleak.
