Could PM be prosecuted over SNC-Lavalin affair?

How good is your memory?  Do you still remember the, SNC Lavalin debacle that put Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on the hot seat?  It was a pretty big deal back then, leading to the firings of former Attorney General, Jody Wilson-Raybould and Jane Philpott, plus a number of resignations, and pressure for the PM to resign. 

Well, there may yet be more evidence and prosecution brought forth. Our guest, Duff Conacher – is the co-founder of Democracy Watch, who filed an application with the Ontario Court of Justice to proceed with the private prosecution of  Trudeau for allegedly pressuring, and directing others to pressure, former Attorney General Jody Wilson-Raybould to stop the prosecution of SNC-Lavalin in 2018.
