Conservative’s carbon tax plan is bad timing says economics professor.

There are concerns when it comes to CPC leader Erin O’Toole’s carbon tax plan. That is according to Ross McKitrick who is a professor of economics at the University of Guelph. McKitrick says Canadians are already struggling so discussing a new tax may not be a good plan of attack right now.
