City warns of transit payment scam

The City of Lethbridge is warning transit riders about a payment scam circulating on Facebook. It is an ‘unlimited travel smartcard’ which is inviting public to buy it, when the reality is that is a fraudulent strategy. The Facebook post ask people click a link and enter their credit card information. Darwin Juell, General Manager of Transit & Transportation says more.
