Churches and schools miss out on pancake Tuesday celebration

This week we celebrate Pancake Tuesday or Shrove Tuesday. It is a day when many Christians prepare for Easter. That means people would load up on flapjacks and butter to prepare for 40 days of fasting before the start of Lent. This year will look a little different since many churches are not able to congregate at full capacity. Churches and schools have been forced to cancel their annual pancake breakfasts.
