Bull riders ready to astound Lethbridge fans in 2022

Lethbridge bull riding fans are set for a wild ride on the weekend of February 11th in 2022. The Professional Bull Riders Canada Elite Cup Series will make its way to the Enmax Centre for the PBR South Country Co-op Showdown. Jason Davidson, the General Manager for PBR Canada, says it takes a certain degree of skill for the bull riders to stay on for eight seconds while a two-thousand pound bull tries to buck them off.

“Not only does it take a very fit person, but I think a mentally fit person to be a professional rider. There’s hills and valleys and all sorts of. Everybody goes through slumps. Bull riding’s no different. The fortunate thing about Lethbridge on our timing is we’re the second event of the 2022 schedule. Everybody’s fire up. They all have dreams and aspirations of putting on that 2022 PBR Canada National Finals gold buckle at the end of the season.”

25 bull riders will be competing for $25,000 worth of cash in the event.
