BugQuest helps kids discover Lethbridge’s insect world

Young nature enthusiasts in Lethbridge are getting the chance to become scientists. The Helen Schuler Nature Centre is hosting BugQuest, a free hands-on program for youth ages 11 to 15 that introduces participants to a Canada-wide insect collection project while exploring the incredible diversity of bugs living in the city’s river valley.

The BugQuest event takes place during the summer, from May 15th to October 15th, once a month. The next session will be held on Thursday, August 6th, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
