Bike Index program to find and retrieve bicycles in Lethbridge

The number of bikes that are being stolen in Lethbridge continues to rise. The Lethbridge Police Service has partnered up with the Bike Index program to try to change that. As Micah Quinn explains, the goal of the program is to be able to locate bikes that have been stolen and get them back to their owners as soon as possible.
