Battle of the Belly River story to be retold through VR

An old battle is being transformed into a virtual reality project for the ages. The Battle of the Belly River took place in 1870 between the Blackfoot and Cree nations in what is now the Oldman River in Lethbridge. As BCN’s Micah Quinn explains, this project is a partnership between four local organizations to document the history of the battle from a Blackfoot perspective and turn it into a Virtual Reality experience.
