ASET CEO award gifted to Lethbridge Ukrainian woman

A Ukrainian Lethbridge resident is now the proud recipient of the ASET CEO award. Otherwise known as The Association of Science and Engineering Technology Professionals of Alberta. Mila Wagner, a civil engineering technology professional, moved from Kyiv, Ukraine to Alberta two years after Russia’s invasion of Crimea in 2014. Video Journalist Micah Quinn met up with Wagner to talk about the award and her long journey from Ukraine to Lethbridge.

After graduating from Mount Royal University in Calgary with a Broadcasting Diploma, Micah made the trek down to Lethbridge to work for Bridge City News.
