Crowsnest Trail Pathway moves into phase two
Construction of the Crowsnest Trail Pathway has moved into Phase Two. At the beginning of this week, the City of Lethbridge began work on a key connector projectthat will be three kilometers long. The fully paved, multi-use route will include a protected pedestrian rail crossing, upgraded intersections, and improved pedestrian links. According to Senior Project Administrator Robert Kovacs once complete, it will provide a smooth and convenient route, with safety features such as steel guardrails and buffer zones separating users from nearby traffic.
Phase one was completed in late 2025, while phase two is expected to be finished by the end of August 2026.
