Auto thefts decrease but crime rings persist

Hamilton Police recently uncovered a massive auto theft ring where criminals ship stolen vehicles to countries overseas. But as auto theft numbers decrease in Canada, Alberta now holds the highest per capita rate of thefts in the country.
