Two people from Edmonton are facing charges in connection with a commercial break-in in Lethbridge late last year.

It occurred in the early morning hours of December 23rd, 2025. Police say two suspects cut and pryed open the roll shutters of the Memory Express on Mayor Magrath Drive. About $50,000 of equipment including laptops, processors and motherboards were taken from the store. The stolen goods were loaded into a white BMW driven by a woman.

After a lengthy investigation, RCMP located the vehicle in Lloydminster and assisted in arresting a 42-year-old man and a 38-year old woman from Edmonton. Kelly Wayne Trottier and Nikita Leslie Pawlick are each charged with ‘break and enter other than a dwelling house.’ They were remanded into custody to appear in court in Lloydminster on Thursday.

The stolen equipment has not been located and the investigation is still ongoing, including the hunt for a third suspect.
