The Last Chance Cat Ranch ordered to close down by the city

Owners of the Last Chance Cat Ranch in our city are speaking out after they were ordered to shut down or find a new location by the city. This comes as a neighbor brought forward multiple complaints and issues with the ranch. As BCN’s Angela Stewart explains, the group has until next February to vacate their current location.
