Religious Freedom Symposium to address concerns over Bill C-9

Albertans concerned about their religious freedoms are being invited to discuss those freedoms at a symposium in September. The theme of the 2026 session is “Defending Religious Liberty as a Foundational Freedom.”

Dr. John Young, a political science professor and former Executive Director of the Canadian Museum for Human Rights in Winnipeg, will address these concerns and suggest ways citizens can promote, protect, and defend religious freedom.

The Religious Freedom Symposium will take place September 16^th from 7 to 9 pm at Free Grace Fellowship Church of Lethbridge.
