Regional partnership keeps food trucks rolling safely

Food truck season is back, and before the grills heat up, safety comes first. Lethbridge Fire and Emergency Services or LFES has teamed up with Coaldale and Taber fire departments on a regional partnership that allows food truck operators to complete just one annual inspection to operate in all three communities.

Troy Hicks, Lethbridge Chief Fire Marshal explains how this regional partnership is improving safety while making the inspection process more efficient for operators.

Operators preparing for inspection are encouraged to review the LFES Food Truck Inspection Request Form.
