RCMP investigating after stolen truck crashes into Brooks-jewellery

This morning a stolen vehicle crashed into business in Brooks. The incident occurred Monday morning at approximately 4:29 a.m. Brooks RCMP were dispatched to a collision on 2nd Street West and upon arrival, officers located an abandoned black Ford F-150 which had driven into the front of Hicks Jewellery Store. The occupants fled the scene and may have been picked up by another vehicle.

Further investigation revealed that the F150 was recently stolen from Calgary. This is an active investigation, with updates provided as they become available. Anyone with information can contact the Brooks RCMP at 403-362-5535.
