A new mentorship program designed to support newcomer youth is now available in Lethbridge. Today, Lethbridge Family Services launched the Newcomer Youth Mentorship and Leadership Development Project. The year-round initiative supports youth through leadership training, career support, and community engagement. Ricardo Campos with Lethbridge Family Services explains what the program includes.
The initiative is delivered by LFS in partnership with Lethbridge Police Service, Youth One, Woods Homes, Lethbridge Public Library, YMCA, Lethbridge Sport Council, and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
