Men’s mental health top of mind for new business

The mind is a tough place to navigate. Many would say this is especially true for men. A Lethbridge woman is doing her part to try to destigmatize the issue of men who may be afraid of seeking help for their mental health issues. She does this by offering therapy in a way men can appreciate. Video Journalist Micah Quinn has the details on the Mind Mechanic.
