LPS charge two men in connection to stabbing at Enmax Centre
Lethbridge Police have charged two 22-year-old males with aggravated assault following a stabbing on Sunday.
LPS were called to the Enmax Centre where the International Peace Pow-wow and Festival was taking place around 2pm to deal with an unrelated matter when security came over to tell officers they had just witnessed a stabbing.
The victim was transported to hospital by EMS where he remains in critical condition. The culprits turned themselves into the Blood Tribe Police on Sunday evening.
Dylan Jeremy Brave Rock of the Blood Reserve and Dalton Mark Old Shoes of Lethbridge face a wide range of charges including aggravated assault and assault with a weapon.
Both are currently in custody awaiting their bail hearings.
Bridge City News reached out to organizers of the Pow-wow for comment on the story but have yet to hear back.
